An order dated 23rd February 2021 has been issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare where All the manufacturers and importers who manufacture or import the Bio-Stimulants must apply for provisional registration from the controller of Fertilizer on or before 31st March 2022. If any manufacturer and importer do not apply for provisional and permanent registration will not be allowed to manufacture and import Bio-Stimulant after 31st March 2022.
